My opinion: The bedwetter pants are the ’real nappy’ equivalent of Pull-ups. They are basically a nappy plus waterproof wrap joined together. There are no poppers or velcro so they’re nice and easy for your toddler to take up and down him/herself - great for that all-important need for independence. They’re not, however, very easy to dry.
