Our baby was born just under a week ago. She has worn fluffles from the very first nappy and seems really comfy in them. We are pleased with how easy they are to use, changing only takes a few minutes. Washing and drying them is no hassle as well because we load the machine each day and they dry very quickly on radiator airers. Smells are confined to the nappy bucket once the liner has been flushed away, there are no leaks and no nappy rash.
We have done our best to promote them to everyone as we are so pleased. Thank you again for all your help.

All about Lizzie’s Real Nappies
I am a mum with two young daughters. I used disposable nappies on my first daughter and real nappies on my second.
Despite using disposables on my first child, I felt uncomfortable throwing away so much waste. Despite looking into washable nappies, I could never find the personalised information I was after to help me find the right brand. As a result I continued using disposables. It was only the advice of a friend, just before the birth of my second daughter, which helped me make the leap to real nappies. I haven’t looked back since.
As a result of my own experiences of using washable nappies, and the frustrations in sourcing reliable, independent help and advice when purchasing them, I set up Lizzie’s Real Nappies in July 2004.
Initially the business was very localised, providing one-to-one advice to parents in the Chester/Cheshire/Wirral/North Wales area. I still offer this service and am very proud of it but, to provide this personalised service to a wider audience, I now offer a personalised questionnaire which assists parents across the UK.
Lizzie’s Real Nappies now stocks: Tots Bots (including Fluffles, Bamboozles, Flexitots and Organic), Mother-ease (including ’One Size’ and ’Organic One-size’), Onelife, Wonderoo pocket nappies and Easy Peasy Nappies (including Bumbles and Bambeasy). In my opinion, stocking too many brands only confuses matters. I feel that, between them, these brands will satisfy the needs of most people.
Increasingly I’m approached by people wanting to cut down on their waste and to reduce the size of their bins. As more and more councils are trying to minimise waste, many are moving over to fortnightly collections. In a family with 1 or more babies, disposable nappies make up a large proportion of the volume of thier bins. Real Nappies can reduce this waste significantly.
Since 2006 we have also been stocking non-nappy items such as Grobags, baby toiletries, baby bath towels (including Cuddledry and Tots Bots hooded towels) toys (including Wheelybugs and Kiddimoto), baby change bags (GR8x, Healthy Back Bag and Wallaboo), pregnancy products etc. If you have ideas for further products please feel free to contact us.
